Heated Geopod Propagator with Humidity and Temperature Control
Published:
A product to read the temperature and humidity inside an outdoor propagator, display them on an LCD screen, and store the data on an SD card on an hourly basis. Based on two separate thresholds, an alarm is triggered when those thresholds are exceeded.
The product comprises three main components:
- Sensor Unit — a battery-powered unit with humidity and temperature sensors that transmits data to the display unit.
- Display Unit — a battery-powered unit with a display, removable storage, a keypad, and the ability to communicate with the sensors.
- Alarm Unit — a unit with a light and a buzzer that is triggered when the temperature and/or humidity goes beyond the corresponding thresholds.
